It is early in the year to already be ready for another break. But between the gorgeous weather we have been having here in SoCal and busy post holiday schedules, I have been desert dreaming. Hopefully Hubs and I can find time for a little getaway, even if for a day trip. If so, you can find me here.

Manic Monday

In light of my new years resolutions, I have decided to start a "themed" or regular posting on Mondays, since Mondays are usually miserable and manic. I will post something inspirational or what I am doing to keep my new years resolutions. I think it is a good way to keep myself accountable and see progress (progress not perfection!). So here it goes. The first official Manic Monday.

I Will Survive

I'm sick with a terrible cold. Hubs is in Colorado for a bachelor party. There is no one to take care of me. Who wants to join my pity party?

Happy New Year!

Although I have never liked NYE, I love New Years Day! There is something about a fresh start and resolutions. I have always been a goal-oriented kinda gal and usually am pretty good at keeping them. But in recent years I have been far too ambitious and have decided to keep things simple. Bobby and I are going to make 2 maybe 3 together but I still want to do some on my own. Here's to a bright and sparkly new year!

Year in Review

Just a little visual review of my year of posts. Although I didn't always post consistently, I have really enjoyed having this humble blog. I feel like it is a space to genuinely be me and to stretch myself in new ways.
