Alrighty. We are doing it. Going whole foods, plant based. Basically vegan with a fancy name. I grew up vegetarian so I don't think it will be too hard, but I will miss many dairy products. Cheese and eggs will be the most difficult. I love breakfast food and I love pizza. But Hubs and I recently watched the movie Forks Over Knives and decided to make a change. Check it out. I recently purchased two cookbooks to help us figure this out. I will keep you guys updated. Wish us luck!
